I had almost forgot about how to feel gratitude, well I was able in certain degree to feel grateful, but the years are passing and I am still young but for every year my sense of being grateful its becoming weak. Im living in my husbands country and Its 47 degrees outside right now, boiling!!! At th beginning of the extreme heat I thought life was finished, that I was loosing myself in the heat, all I could feel was sorry for myself. Until I stopped myself! I took my selfgrowing hypnosis tool that I have with me in my precious gift bag from my life journey and I started to search for the way to change my mindset. I believe it took at least 2-3 weeks, spending 2 hours in the day working with my tool, most of the times almost without hope, but still I kept some emergency hope and I dont know WHEN it happened!! but one day the heat seemed to make me less affected.
